St Albans Touch Rugby - Summary of Rules
- A game will be 15 minutes each way
- Six players allowed on the pitch at any one time
- Substitutions take place when team is in possession of the ball
- The ball will be turned over on the sixth touch
- After a touch the game continues by rolling ball between legs
- No 'touch and pass' allowed
- Ball is turned over if the half back is touched in possession of the ball
- Half back cannot score
- Defending team must be 5 metres at the rollball
- Trys will scored by touching the ball down over the opposition's try line
